Replace Rifle M16

You need to install sm plugins l4d2-aim-down-sight[github.com] so you can use the features in below, otherwise it just a replacement.

Features:

Reload animation from clip with no empty
Draw animation when pickup this weapon
Press reload button to inspect weapon if clip is full
ADS! so you can use aim down sight to shoot zombies, press zoom button to switch between ADS and normal fire mode

Port from [TFA][AT] CoD:MWR - Assault Rifles

im gonna need someone to tell me how to install the mod because there are no tutorials anywhere we have the github link and thats it how the hell do we properly download this?
