1. Ask a thrall to follow you.
2. Point toward any free location of your environment to assign him/her a way point with a long click on "X" button on X-BOX pad or "E" on keyboard; the radial wheel of commands (RWoC) should spawn (avoid pointing at an object, you should point at the landscape or floor). If by accident you point, at an object and that you can no longer assign as task, just touch your thrall again, to retrieve the thrall reference and assign him a task again.
3. Pick an emote with the Immersive Routine button accessible through this RWoC
4. Repeat steps 2 to 3 up to 10 times with the same thrall.
5. Use the green "Start" button from the Routine menu button to launch the routine tasks
6. You can use the Remove button to delete the last saved task or the Clear button to delete all saved tasks
7. Give time off to your patrolling thrall through the Immersive Routine menu button accessible when clicking on a thrall
8. You can repeat the whole procedure with any of the following NPC:
-humanoids
-panthers
-horses
-rhinos
9. You can stop/start the routine for all visible NPC if you notice that some of them forgot their schedule (Use the Immersive Routine Button accessible through the vanilla emote radial menu)

Notes:

• When using a looping emote (like sleeping or crafting), the NPC will perform the emote for around 30 seconds before moving on to the next task
  
• When coming back to your base after a long travel, if you find your thralls all lazy and static, don't panic. They just need a few seconds before figuring out that the boss is back. They should resume their routine after 40 seconds max.
  
• To ensure a smooth transition between waypoints and emote triggers, try to avoid making your thrall walk more than 60 seconds. Failing to do so will entail a longer delay before the thrall trigger their emote.
  
• Most of time, thralls will find a path to avoid obstacles, but avoid creating routes with obstacles in the way. Try circumventing obstacles between way points, otherwise you thrall may stay stuck in place.
  
• They don't know yet how to open doors, but I am working on it.
