Unique Trait: Dynasty of Pradhanamantrs
Cities stationed with a Rana increase XP and Production bonuses for Land Combat Units by +25%. Cities otherwise exchange half Culture to the Capital for a bonus +15% to Food (if the Capital has no stationed Rana).

Unique Unit: Rana
The Rana is Nepal's unique Great General when Tribhuvan is leader. In addition to the combat-benefits provided by the standard Great General, the Rana can be usefully stationed in a city to halve the speed of Resistance. In addition, if your Civilization's Total Unhappiness is in excess, those cities will have increased Military Unit Production. This Production boost increases the Unhappier your Civilization is (10% at Happiness of 0 - -10, 25% at Happiness of -10 - -20, and 50% beyond). This makes Rana especially effective at quickly dealing with potential rebels or invaders.

Unique Unit: Ghurka
The Gurkha is the Nepalese replacement for the Great War Infantry when Tribhuvan is leader. In addition to being unlocked earlier than the Great War Infantry, the Gurkha gains a Combat bonus when fighting in foreign territory when a Rana unit is stationed in the Capital when it is trained. Otherwise, it receives a Combat bonus when fighting in friendly territory.
