Click the "Library" tab at the top of the screen.

On the left hand side of the screen there will be a listing of all the games tied to your Steam account.

Select Takedown: Red Sabre.

Right click the game and select "Delete Local Content..."

A confirmation box will pop up. Click the "Delete" button.

BOOM! You are a pro in Red Sabre.
