Canadian Houses Pack

This pack includes a 12 unique low residential houses. They are based on a houses from West End neighborhood in Halifax, Canada.
All assets using the same textures, so they're should be shared. I recommend using Loading Screen Mod to reduce Weight and Loading time.
If you placing houses manually with Find It! they will have almost no props and a few trees, so you can decorate them by your self. If they were grown, houses may have backyards with some details for vanilla players. Dependency props are optional. They only adds paths and driveways.
