3k points one took a while, but went pretty fast once I focused on leaving holes to fill rather than making a nice city =). The guide on that is interesting.
Luckily it's a pretty relaxing and chill game, so wasn't really a grind =).

I just got it with a similar but 3x3 city thanks to your image!

Now to get that 3k points one...
