Paradigm Shift (Together We Rule)

描述
A mod that changes the game systems using a different design paradigm. Made for single player, is built around creating challenges for managing an empire. There's no focus on winning fast, but more on making the game an "Empire Builder".

Created for personal use, but some might find it interesting to play with. Some key changes:

- Districts: Stability penalty is gone, replaced by a district cap. Each territory attached to the city increases cap by 1 + 1 per 4 pop.
- Some districts use different rules (emblamatic as mini-wonders, garrisons and commons consume population and money).
- Stability is not a "district currency", making it more stable and a reflection of your choices.
- Tweaked values all around the game to focus on building less districts but more powerful ones.
- Yield inflation is toned way down, there's much less scaling.
- Strong capital surrounded by smaller cities.
- Construction pacing is more spread out, making managing lots of cities easier.
- Map doesn't become Coruscant by the mid-late game, there's always city vs open field.
- Quick battles and lots of ideas from the VIP mod from DocktorKain.

Known issues:

- You can circumvent the limit by queuing districts, but gives quite a bit of stability penalty. Ideally, it should work like in the base game, but I don't know how to do it.
- Lots of values and mechanics are still work in progress.
- Not much balance on fame gains, but I don't care much since the mod idea is not to win the game.

Things you might hate:

- Luxuries are not "strong". What I would do with them is totally different to what the game allows, so for the sake of balance I toned them down.
- Wonders don't have crazy effects. I dislike "magical" effects, so you will definitely find them boring.
- Emblematic quarter change (mini-wonder).
- Lower impact of religion on yields.
- Expansion and overall might feel too slow.
- Everything was NERFED :P

I cant even load the mod to try it out. its a shame seemed to have a lot of potential, without any other mods it says "at least 1 of the mods prevented the game from loading". I have all mods except the oceania one

i dont know if you play this anymore but i was really wanting to try this mod one thing that bothers me about the base game is how near the end it really does just look like coruscant especially the AI. If you are working on updating id love to try it thanks!

I have all DLC, and I tweak things from them. Maybe is that the issue?
