Best quirks
So here's a simple list of the quirk values.
I tested those on several characters at level 8 with 4 hearts each
These are the best ones (actual values on the list below)
  1. Necromancer
  2. Medic
  3. Trap Master
  4. Knockout Boots
  5. Tazer / Quick Ref / Cold hands / Bulletproof / Overheal (all with the same value)
All postive/neutral values
  • Different Species 0 (you miss on one green quirk 5 instead of 6)
  • Yellow Quirks 0
  • Hearts 6

  • Animal Lover 14
  • Armored Soles 18
  • Bulletproof 22
  • Cannibal 18
  • Clear-Eyed 7
  • Cold Hands 22
  • Demolitionist 18
  • Extra Baloon 18
  • Gun Greaser 7
  • Hand-Eye Coordination 14
  • Improved Swing 18
  • Knockout Boots 24
  • Life Insurance 14
  • Magnetic 14
  • Medic 29
  • Necromancer 36
  • Overheal 22
  • Padded Feet 11

Cold Hands + Surefooted is an amazing kill combo.

As long as you're only using them for spec ops it doesn't make a difference, but yes that is true tazer > cold hands

Cold hands is worse then tazer, because With tazer you can stun the goons and use a balloon on them, while freezing them you can do the same but have the risk of killing them if you jump on them
