描述
Description:
This mod allows you to travel the highways with a feline companion. Cats are fully animated to the limits the game allows. One 60 second loop, with three different animations depending on where the cat is placed.

Mod contains:
Six fur patterns
Ginger (Modeled after my own cat)
Tuxedo
Tabby
All white
All black
White with black spots

Five attachement locations
Dashboard
Passenger seat
Bed
Sofa
Table

Additional Items
Litter box
Cat bed
Loose collar, placeable and hanging
Toy mouse, placeable and hanging

My eternal gratitude to the /r/trucksim Discord server and the helpful people in the modding channels without whom I probably would have given up after banging my head against the brick wall that is the ATS mod system.

Notices:
  • Due to the vast array of dash designs in each truck, the dash cats may not perfectly fit in all cases. I suggest using SiSL's cab toys for additional console/dash mount points (on trucks it supports) for more dash cat mounting options.

  • If you want me to add a truck to this mod, you need to get me the /def/vehicle/truck/<make.model> name of the truck you want to support. I do not own a copy of every possible ATS truck mod myself.

  • This mod contains commercially licensed assets. Please do not redistribute or combine with other "Mega Mods"

Versions:

1.0 - Initial Release
1.1 - Bug fix. Restored DLC toys to accessory attachment points
- Added cats to bare "Set Items" attachment point for more options. Orientation of cat is random based on truck. Be surprised!
- Added more Jon Ruda trucks and a couple others by request. (pete362, freight.xl, rezbilt.389, rezworth.w900, pete362, cruise)
1.2 - More trucks
- Added international.hx250, ironwerks.w900, kenworth.k100e__of, kenworth.t660jekich1, mac.mh613, pete352.ksw, peterbilt.350_scr, superliner.ksw, volvo.vnl2018

@ande3224 I agree. I drive the same exact truck. I miss my cat. I have to drive my old Cascadia in order to have my cat with me.

Absolutely the best mod! I wish it would work on my 2024 Freightliner Cascadia. Please update so I can have a furr baby on my travels.

This is hands down the best ATS mod out there. Hope this fine gentleman updates it for the new trucks.

@mazer327 find the mod in steamapps - workshop - content - 270880 - 2963527908 - universal.zip then copy to a safe place. Unzip it, the go to def - vehicle - truck
Find your desired truck ID (ie.: rezbilt.389 for Rezbilt), pick a folder, copy-paste, rename it to picked truck.
Open the new folder, go to Accessory, and open in every subfolder every .sii files with editor (like Notepad++), and rename the original truck name to the new one (ie.: accessory_addon_int_data : cat_mouse.rezbilt.389.l_pillow).
Save, zip (or copy the new folder to original .zip), copy back to the original location, and if you did everything well, put your cat to the truck. :)

@Panther Not sure how to add trucks to the mod. Mind explaining it, or sharing your updated version? Seems like the mod isn't getting further updates.

Hello good sir! Just dropping in to say thank you for the wonderful mod and to let you know there's an issue with the spelling on the KSW Peterbilt 352 definition. The folder is currently labeled as "pet352.ksw". It needs to be changed to "pete352_ksw" in order for the mod to work with that truck. One extra "e" and swap a period out for an underscore and it should be good to go! Thanks again for the kick ass mod. This is one of my favorites for sure.:steamthumbsup:

@SpookedAustin it's working, but depending on your truck. Modded and new truck (since the last update) should not work. But you can add truck manually to mod...
