Replaces the lame, typical, mundane sounds of the Metal Pipe, Metal Bar and Lead Pipe hitsound with the glorious, revolutionary Metal_Pipe_Falling_Sound_Effect_320_kbps.FLAC

This is my first EVER "mod" that I have ever made for a game and I hope that one day I can begin creating more complex Zomboid mods (once i figure out how to program in Lua lol).
Fun Fact: I couldn't get this mod working for 2 hours until I realised I had to change an "event" to a "file".
