Scrapyard - Build Restrictions

To limit what can be built by the player there are now extra components added to a large number of blocks.

This was chosen as the method to restrict player access to those blocks as hiding them from the block menu caused crashes and other issues for controller compatibility.

Similarly, using the progression tree doesn't work as it will prevent players from repairing blocks they don't know.

There's a bonus to this method though, you might get lucky and find some of these special build components in loot so that you can place these blocks wherever you like.

A gigantic thank you to Nevcairiel for writing the script that this mod relies on, which should also keep this mod up to date as Keen adds new blocks to the game :)
