While I agree that the puzzle you provided is "solvable" (I just snuck under 10 minutes with it), I'm not sure I agree with the notion that any others are therefore "unsolvable". The game is designed in a way that all solutions CAN be found with logic. It was the whole premise of the Infinite variation.

Seed 97441502 is definitely solvable without needing extra clues added. I just tried that seed as-is and solved it without guessing.

Out of interest, what exactly do you mean by "solvable versions"? All the procedurally generated puzzles are solvable.
