MY STEAM LAUNCH OPTIONS:
-noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd -freq 165 -nofbo

the location where you add: Library - Games - Counter-Strike (right-click) - Properties - Set launch options.

Priorities:
-low - Run the application at low priority.

-normal - Run the application with medium priority.

-high - Run the application with high priority.

-realtime - Run the application with real time priority (recommended only for powerful computers).

Performance:
-dev Enables developer mode.

-dxlevel 9 - Forces the DirectX version.

-nojoy Disables joystick support (recommended option).

-noipx - Disables the use of the IPX protocol (because now all TCP / IP already have) (recommended parameter).

-heapsize # - Sets the swap file.

-heapsize 262144 ; If you have 512MB of RAM.

-heapsize 524288 ; If you have 1GB of RAM.

-heapsize 1048576 ; If you have 2GB of RAM.

Management:
-noforcemaccel - Ignore cursor acceleration in Windows settings (recommended option).

-noforcemparms - Use the same mouse button settings in the game as in Windows.

-noforcemspd - Ignore mouse sensitivity in Windows settings (recommended option).

Graphics, screen and sound:
-gl Sets the renderer to OpenGL.

-32bit Forces the engine to start in 32-bit mode. Useful for 64-bit OS only.

-fullscreen or -full Forces the engine to start in fullscreen mode.

-window or -sw or -startwindowed or -windowed Forces the engine to start in windowed mode.

-refresh Forces the screen refresh rate.

-novid or -novideo - With this parameter, the Valve splash screen will not be played at startup.

-nosync Force vertical sync off (recommended setting).

-nosound Disables sound support.

-noaafonts Do not use TrueType fonts.

-freq Force a specific refresh rate when running in fullscreen AND your monitor supports the frequency in question.
NOTE :If you don't have a CRT monitor or Gaming LCD/OLED monitors, you may not able to use this option. (recommended: 144)

Other:
-insecure - VAC is not used when starting the server.

-nomaster - The server you created is not visible to other users in the Steam server list.

-autoconfig - Restores the default video and performance settings for the current hardware. Ignores settings in any .cfg until this option is removed.

-condebug - Writes everything that appears in the console to the console.log file

-console - Launches the game with the console enabled
