First, open your game directory, by right clicking the game in steam, and clicking "browse local files".

Then, go to this file location: DoubleAction/dab/materials

Once there, drag and drop the "hud" file you downloaded from the dropbox link into the materials folder, and click "Replace the files in this destination"

After doing these steps, you are ready to go. If you want to revert to your previous crosshairs, validate/restore local game files.
