Make sure that you've installed and launched at least one time SteamVR

Using the Alt + R hotkeys, or by searching "AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition", open up your AMD Adrenalin app. After that:

1. Proceed to "Settings" tab, by clicking gear icon
   
   
2. Click on "Relive VR" tab
   
   
3. Click on "Enable SteamVR Integration" (If this button doesn't work, go ahead to the next step)
   
   
4. In top right corner, click "VR Settings" and enable "SteamVR Integration" switch (you can choose any vr headset you want, that's doesnt matter)
   
   
   
5. Make sure SteamVR Integration is now enabled
   
   
6. Restart your computer
   
7. Open up SteamVR and make sure it's offers you making a room setup
   

Now we will make room setup notification less annoying

1. Click on three lines in main SteamVR window
   
   
2. Open up "Settings
   
   
3. In "General" tab, make sure that "SteamVR Always on Top" is set to "Off" position
   

After those manipulations, you can simply hide this room setup notification

Now you can use your workshop tools without needing of plugged in VR Headset!
