Tec-9 Ice cap patterns "BLUE ICE"
由 Snackster 制作
The Tec-9 Ice cap guide

Introduction
I've been looking around at some pattern skins lately and this one really caught my eye. So I've decided to make a little guide for the skin, even though it's a common, blue skin. I do still think it deserves some light.

With the new csgo 2 coming I have noticed that some of the patterns of the skin could be pretty nice in the new game. And since I haven't seen anyone really talking about the different patterns, I've decided to skim through some of them. And list them from what I personally think looks the best, which I've named "Blue ice" because I think the name fits the patterns. Also since it's a very common item, I will not be that accurate and precise with the tiers of the "Blue ice" patterns.

Difference in patterns
The Tec-9 Ice cap has many different types of patterns and in this guide, I will be covering the blue ones. There isn't really a price difference between the "Blue ice" and normal ones since it's a cheap skin but there sure is a big difference. For instance, Let's start by looking and comparing the "fake blue ice" to the "Blue ice".

I will be using Pattern.wiki for the comparison NOT in game pictures.

The real difference is the amount of white that is on the gun I did not count in the particals of blue on the gun as a factor on what the guns pattern is. But the difference between these two patterns are pretty easy to spot. But if you dont see any difference let me be more clear. If there is any shade of white the gun is not a "Blue ice" and if there is any obvious clear white spots on the gun, its a fake. For an exampel look at the top of the "fake blue ice" patterns top, there are some white spots there. But if there some lighter blue its still a "Blue ice" but might be a lower tier.

Better resolution

Pattern tiers
Now since this is just a cheap and not that valuable skin I did not put as much time into dividing the patterns in a 100% accurate way. But this is my understanding and compilation of the patterns.

Blue ice
Tier 1
146, 261, 760, 910, 916, 774,

Tier 2
955, 331, 633, 604, 364, 225, 102 , 801,

The main difference between these is that the Tier 2 patterns have some sort of lighter blue spots on them compared to Tier 1.

Fake blue ice
Tier 1
91, 165, 187, 171, 179, 207, 599,
641, 707, 708, 720, 860, 908, 425
255, 236, 539, 860, 204,

Tier 2
91, 103, 109, 199, 214, 273, 965,
862, 834, 420, 92, 81, 61, 40,

Now the main difference between Tier 1 and 2 of the "fake blue ice" is that if the cocking part of the tec-9 is white or mixed shades then it's a lower tier, other than that I just based it on whiteness. I didn't count in all the patterns I saw only the ones that were mostly blue and had a bit of faded white toward the corners.
Summary
Now I just wanna clarify that everything in this guide is NOT 100% accurate since this was my first time doing something like this, and I didn't put that much time looking into this skin. But I do wanna say that if there is someone out there that wants to use my research as a base for maybe digging deeper, if there really is anything more to dig into, feel free to use anything in this guide.

Thank you for reading.
