Tiny Outliner & Fleets - 3.6

This is a fork and merge of the 3.6 versions of the Tiny Outliner v2 and Tiny Fleets mods by Ivam.

This is only a rollback version of the original mods without any changes whatsoever (besides merging them), because I've got a lot of requests for it.

Compatible with version v3.6.x.

Compatible with Ironman-mode, multiplayer, achievements and saves.

Compatible with any mods that don't change the Outliner.

Try Full Tiny Outliner for latest Stellaris version.
