Lethal Indicator

Beskrivning
Adds a flashing indicator when the prediction ghost has 0 HP, in other words when the prediction leads to a kill.

Takes the guesswork out of whether an empty HP bar is a kill or not.

This thing regularly gaslights me into ending combos early by saying KILL_PROCESS is fatal when it’s not, please fix.

the lethal indicator appears when the prediction ghost has 0hp. if they didn't die, the move didn't play out as predicted, or the game itself has a bugged prediction (which I can't fix).

there is a bug, it shows lethal when in fact the opponent survives on like 2 hp
