@Iza-Namain you have to melt the chocolate by "cooking" it. In this picture, it's putting the chocolate bar onto a safety hob, before taking the melted chocolate and making it accessible to the player.

To make a mocha, you first steam the milk, then add it to coffee, then add the melted chocolate, then add the whipped cream.
