Easier Zombie Apocalypse

The Zombie Apocalypse Mod's zombies are quite difficult opponents to be up against, possibly even being unbeatable without the use of custom characters or powerful mods like being able to call your vassals to war.
For this reason, I've released this mod that makes the zombies weaker.
In the normal apocalypse, a zombie is worth 64% of a levy. When using this mod, a zombie is worth 25% of a levy. Their sheer numbers haven't been reduced, but obviously count for less.
This also removes their fort level and garrison bonuses. Seizing land back from the zombies is much easier.
Also their trait gives better warfare debuffs.

You might see cases of the AI taking down the zombies if you use this. Convert an already-large empire to zombieness, or multiple places to zombieness. Maybe also use the "Zombify Country" interaction that's been newly added to the main mod.
