you can change the ingredients the same way you edit any engram using the game.ini for your server/singleplayer and doing the engram override
and no i wont be expanding on this as it doesnt matter if theyre carnivore or herbivore if you forcefeed them it pushes 100% affinity on them when knocked out if theyre a knock out tame.
