What it is
This is the Children's Health Pavilion. A Child Health Care Center for the bigger cities.
It is a high-rise building to fit in any city. It is made of steel and glass and has a modern appearance.

The model of this building is heavely inspired by the New York Cities Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone,Manhattan.
It is very large and has a lot more capacity than the regular Child Health Care.
You don't need a lot of these facilities due to its service area. But it is a bit more expensive.
