Battery-Powered Exosuit

A simple adjustment to revert the power source of Exosuits back to battery cells, as it was before update 1.0.0 release. If you don't like relying on your engineer to provide you with fuel rods, or believe making Exosuits dependent on fuel rods was too much of a nerf, then this is a solution to your griefs.

To keep things balanced, I adjusted the Exosuit's power consumption accordingly:
- normal battery cell lasts about 8,5 minutes
- fulgurium battery cell lasts about 17 minutes

Now, get a move on and smack some of those pesky Mudruptors!
