Gracias Itchy Kitchy, Estoy teniendo el mismo problema, y tenia mis sospechas que fuera este mod, gracias por reportarlo.

We are 99% sure this mod is deleting items from containers in chunks which get unloaded and then loaded again on our coop mutiplayer server. We are playing a fairly heavily modded server and it took quite a while to narrow the issue down to this very mod. Items get deleted from both vanilla and modded containers seemingly at random but almost certainly when they are inside the inventory of a vehicle.
