More Units for WRE

Mod adds several units from TLR and some other factions to the WRE empire unit roster, recruitable from regular military chains, garrison buildings and governor buildings. I tried to make this somewhat historically accurate


Gothic Palatina Defectors (Garrison Chain 1-4)
Scholae (Cavalry Chain 2-4) - kind of op but I feel like WRE should be able to field better armies early game if they can afford it)
Bucelarii (Governor Building LVL 3 & 4, as the Bucelarii were "private mercenaries" often paid by local governors.
Foederati Cavalry (Cavalry Chain 2-4)
Foederati Horse Archers (Fur Ressource 1-4, in order to give Pannonia a valuable Position as I find myself abandoning it most of the time, also this was the historical power center of the later hunnic empire)
Hunnic Mounted Warband (Fur Ressource 1-4, same)
Spear Milites Comitatenses (Stronger early game spear unit from garrison 2-4)
Germanic Warband (Weak Axe unit to have access to axes as WRE)
Elite Germanic Archers (Skirmisher 3 -4, you will thank me when you have to fight the hunnic devil stacks, only 200 Range bow unit in the game and also WRE doesnt have any archer upgrades)
Exploratores and Scout Equites (Recruitable from LVL 2-4 Major City chain, Exploratores are never used now you might)
Burgundian Guard (Recruitable from LVL 3 - 4 Furs Ressource, again historical place for burgundian mythology and I wanted a barbarian type of "Guard Unit" for the WRE)
Light Moorish Cavalry (Moorish Cavalry played a big role in the Western Empire if I understand this correctly)
Comes (Not the later palatina upgraded General unit but the General unit from TLR Ostrogoths, a bit weaker but still insanely strong, recruitable from Governor 2 Building, should make it possible to field atleast one strong army within the first couple of turns!!!)
Domestici (Strong Spear Unit from Governor 4&5)
