use cabin. and convert to elves in there. it will show a % chance of each type of elf. some angels will only give light or dark elves other only give the normal elves.
It wil show u what angels u have that u can convert to elves in there. it needs 100 genes of an angel to convert to 3 elves.
Most of the light/dark elf genes the angels u ned to most in ur teams as their the hardest genes to get so will os tlilely need those gens to get ur angels to SS and keep waking them to higher levels.

Obtain Dark/Light elves by recycling rare S angels or healer angels. If you have surplus healer angels' genes, exchange them for Dark/Light elves! These elves are more powerful than the regular ones!
