snipeing is hard no nerf for the sniper rifle

How do I set a subscribed weapon as my skin?

Basically what Im trying to say, there are people that snipe and what they need to compete with is way better, ak,mp5,m240,shotty,ect. Could atleast fix alittle

@DingoPoo, Thats wrong. Sniping would still be difficult with no noscope capabilities, running trying to get a new place to snipe, emphisis on 1/10 ammo, reload every shot, ect ect. It is actually a nerfbomb, and smooth sniping woldn't help as much as fixing one of the above would. We have m240 thats not nerfed, I want a decent sniper. You could atleast fix damage and waittime for firing aswell, I mean, 3-5 a limb, 2-3 to a body, 1 to head? doesn't have to be all op.

PLEASE tell me you can make the sniper scope not be smooth the way it is. i want it like normal ADS.
