The game has 15 girl levels and several achievements for beating each of the 5 point target monsters, except one level that has 4. And an achievement for completing a full level for a girl.

The game is relatively easy but if you want to make it ridiculously easy, use invincible mode by holding down the P key. The monsters can go over your bottle, but the game will continue.
