Sentry Alternative Screens

More realistic-ish screens for the HECU Sentry Gun. Instead of more game-like terms like "READY" and "RETARGET", screens display vital information about IFF Status and small flavor details.

Color theory:

Blue: Blue is commonly used by the military to represent friendly forces, so Blue is used to determine the targeting system has been calibrated to attack enemies but not friendlies.

Orange: Commonly used to represent danger or caution, used for when the player resets the targeting system. Also represents Gordon Freeman.

Yellow: Yellow lights often represent a need for attention, indicating the turret needs to be reloaded. Sadly the player cannot do this.

Red: Used for critical alerts or failures, showing that the turret is not functional and needs to be repaired.
