What build of Gmod are you on?
The addon works perfectly fine for me and everyone that I play with, and most of us are playing on x86-64 with chromium libraries beta

first of all, you should try making an addon preset (wrench icon in addons page) then disabling everything except Jmod + Jmod additional armors to make sure it's working on its own.

Secondly, you should try verifying the integrity of your game files.

Thirdly, it is possible you rebound some of those keys (Lalt + E) at some point and it is getting confused, you could try resetting your keys to default then re-applying any other custom ones that aren't Left alt or E

okay, try joining the jmod discord server and asking for help there as i do not know how to help

yea but try changing it from alt to a different key, my friend had to do that for it to work
