This mod covers the most impactful economy parts of Enhanced Survival Challenged 2.5 (increased difficulty) by DreadLordNaf without the other extra additions, if you want more details you can just check the mod description of it.

In short, meat is pretty scarce, along with hides and everything else that can be looted from animals. Making money in the world of Kenshi will now be more difficult with the reduction and instability of the price of certain items that are commonly exploited, and there are changes to the prices of drugs that are nerfed, along with the general price of items sold by the player.

i think weapon and armor sale price should be a little higher, apart from that the mod plays great and makes it a challenge to survive early on. i like it

Gotta say, I was wondering why I was struggling for the first 20 days keeping my people fed. I had forgotten I had this mod enabled and have spent a good 80 days trying to establish my base while also keeping my people from staving. Love it.
