Snake Game (Requires VSync)

描述
A simple snake game you can play right in the options menu! Sound effects from MixKit, music from PlayOnLoop.

VSYNC IS REQUIRED (Unless you want to move at 1000mph)

HOW TO PLAY:

WASD: Up, Down, Left, Right

You cannot move backwards.

THE GOAL:

Don't bite yourself! Try to eat as much food as possible to beat your high score!

As Laqota said, the UI is tied directly to the base framerate, so that's not really possible, at least when I made it.

why not just make the thing use delta time? i dont do modding much so idk if thats possible tho

The developer did not clamp the speed of the snake so it runs at the FPS, even if it's over 60.

Well on my very 1st run I could not get the food because it was just out of reach, when I tried to get it it put me to the other side of the map.

It forces frames to fully render, slowing everything down to 60fps or so. UI just renders really really fast. I don't recall seeing the food go outside of the map, but it's possible the framerate was so high it doesn't get enough time to work properly.
