Chevron Reticle with Aim Assist ring.

Aim assist ring has been tuned for Medium strength.
Ring is a part of the Torso section of the reticle and will react to hits as such.

Intended for Steam Deck.

Changed load order to work with Yet Another Weapon. Please note for now this overrides the 5000+ distance back to the original 1250m range.
