Within the game, you would normally be able to control a unit. However recently problems with controlling the units have been spotted constantly.

I have found a good way to consistently control a unit in sandbox.


The control key is not f. It is right click. Despite this most people realize it just says "Interaction Weather" instead of control.


When clicking a unit, you cannot click anywhere. You must go behind the unit and click on the spine of the unit, which I have found to constantly make you actually control the unit.

I have seen multiple discussions relating to the bots not fighting at all.



There is a way to make them fight, but I do not know if it works consistently.

If you control a unit and reload their gun and shoot a few enemies, at some point the enemies will reload and start fighting

I don't know if this works consistently as previously stated, but it's worked a few times for me.
