for 3.6.1 just before the new major ACG content addition update incl. Fallen Empire Origins was released

Why did i upload this additional outdated version of the mod for Stellaris 3.6.1?

Because some people might want to finish their campaign on 3.6.1 and the new ACG content update is a major update, which will require you to start a new game once released. So if you have an old save game with ACG then use this mod to continue your save-game with 3.6.1. without the new ACG content update
