Of Cossack Kin: While at war, receive a copy of every new Mounted, Armor, or Unique Unit built by a declared Friend, with XP based upon your Tourism output. If at war with a larger foe, Culture provides passive Production towards Siege units.

Territorial Defense Force: Unique Bazooka for Zelenskyy's Ukraine, able to move after attacking and costing less to build than the unit it replaces. Enemy units adjacent to a Territorial Defense Force receive a -10% Combat Strength penalty.

Television Station: Replacing the Broadcast Tower for Zelenskyy's Ukraine, the Television Station contains 2 slots for Great Works of Music instead of 1. If both Great Work slots are filled, the Television Station provides +2 Culture per Military or Defensive building in its city and allows its city to heal damage faster.

One year ago today, in the early morning hours of February 24th, 2022, the forces of the Russian Federation massively escalated their war against Ukraine into a full-scale invasion on multiple fronts. Last year, modders from the Civ 5 modding community came together to make custom civs and component mods celebrating Ukrainian history and Ukrainian identity, in an event that we called Slava Ukraini. Modders from around the world, including American, Australian, New Zealander, German, Brazilian, British, Filipino, Japanese, and Ukrainian contributors, among others, have participated, so that we can show our support for Ukraine as it defends its freedom, and behind it, that of the entire free world, from the unjustifiable aggression of genocidal fascists. On this dark anniversary, we continue the event with another batch of 5 custom Ukrainian civilizations and a component mod. We all hope that these mods will bring enjoyment to you, and perhaps even educate non-Ukrainian players on the rich Ukrainian culture and the millenia of history that it's steeped in.

Ukraine has not yet fallen; neither her glory, nor her freedom. Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!
