Hopping into a quick test world using the Star System start and only this mod I see the ores generated as expected on Pertam.
That said, I have sometimes encountered situations in testing where a planet's ores vanished after the planet was modified. I'm not sure what the cause for that was though. You might want to try pasting in a new planet using creative tools and see if it has the same issue.
