cont'd..
I do use the TDC option with consumables to distribute around the cities but it seems not worth it between 2 fixed points. Apart from car showrooms where you can't use any DC but I'm not opening that debate again. I just make my people get the bus *shrug*.

I currently use the 4 track "Gigantic Store" for aggregates - It works fine but it's just so much overkill.. Like a steam hammer to crack a walnut :(

I'll take another look at yours when I start my next map.. It think I hit trouble last time I did a trial world - if you're happy I might ask you to check what I do wrong but I'm still up to my neck in garbage atm so my focus is still on that LOL (I think I'm winning though)

Thank you for continuing to take the time..

Yeh .. It's a balancing act to have stuff like coal always available at something like a steel works without using a DC; trains running empty, blocking platforms "waiting until full/empty", all the usual issues...

3 trains, four platforms seems to work as the easiest without needing constant monitoring.. Also means you can have space available at he origin to export some over-production if you need to keep workers busy if all trains are waiting to unload at the steelworks.. I'd rather have that over-full than empty, so trains will "Wait until unloaded" there.

Multi unloading stations would need a DC to work efficiently, I think, or separate points of origin to avoid trains blocking each other and all the usual stuff.

I'd advise you to build two or three separate unloading stations in this case. In the real world, even the two-track version is a stretch. Most of the time, aggregate unloading stations look like the smallest one I've made.

Ah Robs great mods:) But I was at first thinking I don´t have unloading train stations, for more than 2 tracks, then I found out, that those I have are from you, but you only make them for 2 tracks max:/
They are great and look awesome! no doubt, but I would for my port because of 3 types of trash really need 3 train tracks train unloading station for it::// ah

@baronjutter There is a "Gigantic Storage 2102741601" that has 4 tracks..
I'm looking for something smaller but it's the only 4 track I've found so far.
Feel free to shout me in if anyone finds another or just a 4 rack aggregate unloader... Or teach me the secrets of the dark arts so I can workshop one lol

I don't know, they work for me and are incorporated into the game. No one else reported it so it might be something on your end.

For some reason trains can't find a path to this. I have tried rail connected to one or both sides, makes no difference. The track builder can reach it (because it built the track!) but the train can't.

I'd kill for a 4-track unloading!

Świetna sprawa, jakbyś jeszcze kiedyś miał w planach zrobić inne, dłuższe stacje rozładunkowe to by było świetnie :)
