I got stuck on the 99%, but just did from scratch the list and manage to unlock

Heyaa! What a lovely guide! I managed to get all the achievements after a few tries
I was stuck on the last achievement for quite a while it took me around 2hours to figure it out.
In my case, my in-game progress was stuck at 99.48%. I followed the instructions to delete the save files from both folders, but when I restarted the game from the beginning, I didn’t get the option to refuse Selene, even though I had followed all the steps. I was stuck at 99.48% until I decided to try again this time, after deleting the save files, I also restarted the Steam client. And it worked! After redoing all the steps and launching the game again, I finally got the option to refuse Selene, and I reached 100%!
I’m not sure if others are having the same issue, but if you are, try restarting your Steam client after removing the save files, then reopen the game. Hope this helps!
