Improved Armor Tooltip

- Displays the increase or decrease in damage reduction by armor on items, upgrades or characters.
- Displays the increase or decrease in health regeneration per second on items, upgrades and characters.
- Displays "Effective HP" in primary stats in the Shop screen. Effective HP is calculated based on max HP and Armor.

Should now work properly with other similar mods such as Brotato Harvest Calc Mod created by Cube. If you find any conflicting mods, please comment here or ping me on the Space Potatoes Discord @ludvmag

Currently known issues:
- The tooltip for armor is not displayed correctly when your character has a reduce in Armor modifications, such as the Artificer character (Armor modifications are reduced by 50%).
