BACK UP YOUR SAVE FILES!

Sonic Adventure DX does not have Steam Cloud support; you'll need to back up your save file(s) yourself.

Go into the game's local files and open the SAVEDATA folder. You'll find your save file(s) as well as a Chao Garden save file. Copy/paste them someplace safe in case something were to happen to your computer.

what i do is after playing i go to the pause screen and click exit game and then wait for the title screen and leave the game.and that automaticly saved my game

Remember; with your newly-acquired experience, you should be able to get back most of your progress more easily than before.

RIP my 100% save. At least i still have achievements.
Seriously Steam should give you a warning that the game doesn't have a cloud support in a store page or something. Not everybody checks every game feature to see what the game doesn't have

I LEARNED THIS HARD WAY- MY CHAO ANGEL IS DEAD AND GONE AND I WILL NEVER GET THEM BACK I AM DEVISTATED
