Adrian: «Government has been using us both. No more. We are the free men from now on.»

*Adrian and Gordon Freeman are battling to the overworld’s core and eventually split their ways to two primary core sustaining stations, killing hundreds of Combine Soldiers, overloading the core through the main command center*

Adrian: «The core is about to explode and I don’t give a sh*t. If I’m about to die, I’ll take them all with me.»

*Gordon Freeman looks at Adrian from a far platform, smiles, nods and disappears with a handheld device*

«So this is what being left for dead feels like. Gotta say, it’s been a journey. I stare at the face of death and I don’t even drop a tear. Not anymore. I have no way out of here and I am about to die. I’d say some conclusive, long speech, but I’m too exhausted for that. I have nothing to live for. Worst thing? I wasn’t paid a dime for any of it.
