Eliminate tailbacks, cure the gridlock and unstick those jams!

Adds reduced speed versions of key roads to discourage traffic and a greater number of asymmetrical roads for junction management.

AI vehicles in the game follow very simple pathfinding and do not take into account traffic conditions when choosing their route. They will all try to cram in to a gridlocked 40mph road, even if there is a completely clear 30mph road running parallel.

This mod adds the following reduced speed versions of the late-game asphalt town roads:

* 20mph Medium
* 30mph Large (4 lane)
* 30mph Extra-Large (6 lane)

The roads are automatically marked with speed limit signs at regular intervals for easy identification by the player. They become available in 1970 along with the rest of the asphalt roads.

Replacing congested roads with these versions will lower their priority for AI traffic and encourage it to spread out across alternative routes. The 30mph Large is particularly useful with bus lanes, to prevent the road attracting extra cars despite not having any extra capacity for them.

In addition to the speed-limited roads, the mod includes four new types of asymmetrical roads:

* Four Lane Town (3-1 split)
* Six Lane Town (4-2 split)
* Four Lane Country (3-1 split)
* Six Lane Country (4-2 split)

These are intended for use approaching busy junctions, to provide separate lanes for traffic turning in different directions. They combine well with roundabouts, allowing the AI cars to use a greater number of different lanes instead of all queuing in one.

You can use either the regular or end-year version according to your preferences.
