The SSO of the Armed Forces of Russia is a highly mobile, specially trained, technically equipped, well-equipped army grouping of forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Defense of Russia), designed to perform special tasks in order to protect the interests of Russia (if necessary, with the use of military force) both at home and abroad, both in peacetime and in wartime, which is in constant and high readiness for immediate use.

С_Hands (this is my first attempt in making c_hands).
