Roger is a pretty slow dude, able to mix up his combos and his opponents like crazy.

Roger's single Jab being one of his fastest options at frame 9, can be canceled on hit into any SPECIAL, GRAB, or ASSIST!

His signature is Clap Charge, NEUTRAL SPECIAL, it can destroy projectiles making them into his powerful fireball. Breaking all projectiles in its way and becomes faster the more it consumes. This is also his most powerful move, being able to KO people in one shot with his DOWN SPECIAL maxed!

Your Your Body is a Temple, Mine is a Tank! is his DOWN SPECIAL. You take a move to the face and brush it off just use that power back to them.

Max Damage Multiplier: 3x
Damage to Receive Max Multiplier: 35
(Hits after receiving the first hit will only be worth 75% of what it would be originally, and multihits give more power)

Roger's SIDE SPECIAL, Crush, mostly made for positioning but can kill at high percents. It can be canceled early by pressing shield, before frame 23, and you can use the momentum you get from it to mix up your opponent.

Roger has a pretty good recovery if hes able to charge his Vulcan Hoist, his UP SPECIAL. You're able to choose 5 different directions it can go.

Roger's UP THROW and DOWN THROW are mostly for combo tools, while is Back is for positioning and Forward throw is for killing

When his DOWN SPECIAL is at its limit his grabs become a lot stronger

• UP THROW: The Dynamo Disaster: EX Hellstorm Neo Rave Cannon Blitzer; Roger lifts his opponent high into the air to slam them back down, great at killing off the top!
  
• DOWN THROW: Roger throws his opponent and catches them, body slamming them into the ground. For repositioning or suicide killing
  
• BACK THROW: Roger grabs his opponent and makes them eat dirt... like a lot of dirt... so much that this is his highest damaging move for his throws, but lacks killing power.
  
• FORWARD THROW: Nuke Knuckle; Roger charges up his fist and punches his opponent so hard they go flying!

Roger has a ZAIR. But it's no ordinary ZAIR, its extra grab in the air. His Cannonball Throw is really good edge guarding or trying to get a read on someone on a platform, Roger grabs his opponent and throws them like a bowling ball!

While he is a mostly basic character, Roger does have pretty unique Fray Attacks.

FRAY DOWN is a combo tool used for bringing Roger's opponents in and above him.

FRAY FORWARD is a meaty move and if you hit the sweet spot while your opponent is in the air it'll spike!

FRAY UP isn't unique. Its just a big hit and like hes goes up? I mean I guess sure he comes off the ground but eh. I wouldn't call it unique.
