A Security's Guide To Secrets & More!

This guide is a work in progress! I can't say when and even if it will be finished but I will share with you what I know. Also just to let you know there are MAJOR SPOILERS in this guide. You've Been Warned!

Section 1 - Locker Code
When you start the game you will be trapped in a small security booth with a locker. Lucky for you the location of the sticky notes and the pass code for the location never actually change so here is the code and locations of where you can find them at.


First Location
- If you look on the P.A. speaker in the corner of the security booth you will see a yellow sticky note with the number 1 on it. That is the first number in the 4 digit combination.



Second Location
- Looking underneath your desk you will find another sticky note by the little trash can bin that says the number 9. That is the second digit for your 4 digit combination.


Third Location
- The third number to find can be found in the easiest location which is on the locked locker itself on the yellow sticky note which shows the number 5.


Fourth Final Location
- Underneath the table where your coffee maker and microwave is the where the last sticky note is hiding at which contains the number 4 on it.


The Code For The Locker is 1-9-5-2
Section 2 - Achievements
A lot of these achievement's are really just time wasters and for most a self explanatory when you read them in the steam achievement list but I will list some of them here and how you can unlock it.


Achievement: Supplies!
Literally open the locker on the back wall in the security booth.


Achievement: What Truly Matters
You have solve all three of the crossword puzzles without starting a new game to achieve this achievement.


Achievement: Herbal Essences
All you have to do is go to the corner window in the office and touch the small little cactus. Then right after that go to the aloe plant under the medical kit and touch the plant to unlock this achievement.

Achievement: Big Brained
You will find a little rubik's cube on top of the CCTV monitors. All you have to do is pick up and hit the solve button multiple times. The cube will solve itself if you keep spamming the solve button. Once you have done that you've unlocked the achievement!



Achievement: Bathroom Break
When you are leading Valerie through the facility you must lead her into an actual bathroom. Once you've done this you will have unlocked this achievement. All of the bathroom locations are right next to the pins.



Achievement: Three Hundred Big Boys
Now this achievement will take little while but luckily you don't have to do it through one session if ya don't want too. You must literally drink 100 cups of coffee which you can do so at the coffee maker.



Achievement: Like Mike
For this achievement you must collect the ball from on top of the locker and put it in the basket ball basket 25 times in one session. It's very easy because you can literally just pick up the ball and keep dropping it into the basket ball hoop 25 times.



Achievement: Pity the April Fool
For this achievement simply open the medical kit in the back of the security checkpoint. That's literally it...



Achievement: What a Gas!
To unlock this achievement you must not get Valerie to an exit. All you have to do is keep leading her around the facility and eventually the rising neurotoxin levels will kill her off. Once she dies from the gas you will unlock this achievement... how grim...



Achievement: You've Got A Friend in Me
For this achievement all you have to do is when she starts doubting you during this damn crisis is to literally try to tell her your "feelings" and by that I mean being nice to her and NOT blame her of be sarcastic during this very "serious" conversation. If you succeed in this the DJ will play a song about friendship and you'll have unlocked this achievement! Here are some dialogue choices that got me this achievement.









Achievement: 3 Months Ago
For this achievement you have to quicky reroute the power for a second time before the alien kills Valerie. You'll know you've done when you enter a flashback dating back to 3 months ago



Achievement: Butt of the Joke
To earn this achievement you will literally have to eat a lit cigarette from the ash tray on top of the radio.



Achievement: An Offering to the Harvest
to reap this achievement you have to lead Valerie to the exit with the cultist. You'll learn which exit the cultist are stationed at because they will literally yell out there gathering spot before you start giving Valerie directions.

Achievement: Beat the Rush
To unlock this achievement you must first grab the drawer key from the locker and unlock the desk drawers and find the game "Ravine Rush". Once you have found the game you must simply toss the game into your computer and then push Z when prompted to. Once you get to the game you must beat the high score listed on the screen to win this achievement... good luck with that

Achievement: Curly'd!
This achievement is literally one of the easiest to get where all you have to do is let the alien kill Valerie. When Valerie first ask you to reset the power grid just don't do it. It's a simple as that.

Achievement: The Whole Truth
This achievement is a bit of a scavenger hunt. You will need to search the security booth for journal pages written by Jaun. Once you have seen all of the journal entries you will have unlocked this achievement. I will also be creating an entire section just for the locations of these entries.

Achievement: Navigational Competence / Escaped
For this achievement you have to give Valerie the correct directions out of the facility without leading her to a dead end. You will unlock both achievements this way.

Achievement: Unfriended
You will unlock this achievement half way through the game after Valerie leaves the dead cultist she tried to save. All you have to do is deliberately be an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to her and blame her for the reason he is leaving making it seem like it's her fault.

Achievement: With a Perry on Top
Now I am not entirely sure 100% how I unlocked this achievement but I will tell you how I got it myself. I told Perry the facility was under attack by cultist. I made up from the fight Valerie and I got into. I told Valerie to make her own choices with the research which she kept and then I had successfully navigated her out of the facility safely to where she had met Perry and a security team with.

Section 4 - Juan's Journal Locations
To get the achievement "The Whole Truth" look in these following locations for the journal pages.


Underneath The Water Cooler


Behind the junction box next to the locker


Inside the locker underneath some binders


Underneath the CCTV monitors


The two journal pages underneath the table where the boom box and medical kit is


Underneath the microwave

For the last one you need the drawer key from the locker. Once you have the key insert into the desk cabinet lock and you will see the last page in the bottom drawer of the cabinet.

That is the last location you will need to earn the achievement!






Section 5 - Secrets!
The only secret I could find so far was when you revisit the past and go through a flashback 3 months ago when you first started working at the facility.

The Keycard
To see this secret for yourself you will have to walk down the hallway in the flash back and look at one of the couch's for a keycard.



Specifically the keycard you see in the picture!

The Door
Once you find the keycard you will head down the hallway and start trying to drop your card on this doors scanner!



Once you door that door will open to a dark room full of symbols...

I do not know what they mean... that's as far as I have gotten with the secret but they do repeat in this order.













Section 6 - Credits
I would like to thank you all for supporting this guide and hopefully getting some use out of it. I believe I learned everything that I could from this game to help any of you who may be stumped. I might come back to this game in the future and add a couple of more things from to time but I believe this is The End

Doing some Necromancy on this thread. The symbol room seems to change. I got the circuit, a bleeding eye, Thoth, a hand holding a triangle, and a falcon on a crescent. Not sure if it changes each playthrough, or was just an update

Can't figure out what to do with the secret symbols and there is seemingly no other guide out there. Would really appreciate it if someone could spoil me on that one.

If anyone is still interested or havent figured it out, the electrical circuit is a hint for what to do inside of the booth, I dont want to spoil more than necessary, so here is a helping hand how to continue the secret, with a riddle that I made up:

The symbol is an electical circuit, keep it well in mind.
Follow the glowing star, that shows where there is no light.

That's all for now! I may go back to this at a later date and look more into the secrets or add more pictures but that's about it. I have given this game 9 hours of my time and I think I am going to work on other things for now...

Once you open the locker, there are a number of keys hanging on the right door. One of the keys is labelled "Drawers". You can use that key to unlock the desk drawers. The bottom drawer contains the final Journal page to complete "The Whole Truth" achievement, as well as the floppy disk for Ravine Rush, which you can insert into the computer and try to beat the high score in order to complete the "Beat the Rush" achievement. Lastly, to get the "Curly'd!" achievement, you need to not reroute the power, which will lead to the alien killing Valerie.

i got them already. i saw the sperate pages on my first run. i've check the whole room up and down and touching every paper i can find and i still havent gotten it. its crazy

Ah interesting to hear! As for your query of the Journals I plan on trying to finish this guide on 2/13/22 or at the very least have some new stuff added to here.

so far in each play through my symbols have been different order with some new symbols and some not in your list, so far i have seen a gator, an arm holding a pyramid, two headed snake, and a strange thing that looks like a lightening bolt with a claw on it coming out of a side ways bracket.
i have also seen the man on the seat.

every play through the channel on the equipment goes up. the radio in the background also says some new stuff and mentions things that have happened in previous play through's.

i haven't been able to find all the juan journals even tho i have opened and read everything i can find in the room.
