Torpedo Factory Mk3

A self-contained, self powered nuclear torpedo factory you can build at any planet with a uranium deposit.

1828 cells, so it can be build even with a station size limit of 2000, and it probably has more power storage than it needs. You can rip that out and put in a few T1 batteries and I'm pretty sure it would still run.

Produces approximately 2 nuclear torpedoes per second and enough power that it charges its batteries while running.
