Using any FPS controller set your FPS limit to 15 FPS (The ball is tied to game FPS)

RivaTuner works on windows or if you use the Steam Deck like me press the 3 dots, go to performance (battery icon), and set your framerate limit to 15.

congrats it's so slow you have to try to fail to actually fail.
