You will require:

• Jailbroken PS4 system on atleast FW 9.00 (Required SDK version for Kuro no Kiseki to boot)
  
• PS4 copy of Kuro no Kiseki
  
• A PC with a copy of the game
  
• FTP Program installed
  
• Every single DLC installed on PC that the PS4 save has

On a jailbroken PS4 9.00+ system do the following:

• Enable FTP server
  
• Enable BinLoader

On a PC

• Send system version appropriate PS4debug payload to the PS4
  
• PS4 Save Mounter[github.com]
  
• Open the program
  
• Enter the ip of your ps4 and click 'Connect'
  
• Click 'Setup' & select the user you want to use in the combobox
  
• Click 'Get Games' & select kuro no kiseki (CUSA27774) in the combobox
  
• Click 'Search' & select the save you want to mount
  
• Click 'Mount'
  
• Your save is now mounted and accessible from FTP in /mnt/pfs/ & in /mnt/sandbox/NPXS20001_000/savedataX (it's the same just a different dir)
  
• Copy save files over to %userprofile%\Saved Games\ CLE\ Kuro_no_Kiseki\savedata\saveXXX\ (.dat format)
  
  For linux users copy saves to ".steam/debian-installation/steamapps/compatdata/1811950/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Saved Games/CLE/Kuro_no_Kiseki/savedata/"
• After you're done copying files click 'Unmount'

Done!

Launching the game and selecting "Load Game" should initially have a blank save image on whatever slot was chosen. Load the save and save over it to have all the metadata filled appropriately.
