Time taken to fully node & navmesh this: around 2 hours
There's a few hundred nodes, 500 or so, not that many.

If there's any issues or areas with bad or no navigation, tell me and I will update them
PS: I didn't create nav-areas through the locked doors doors on purpose, as I couldn't figure out if they could be unlocked or not
